UPDATE.
We continue to move into a space and time where our ability, as a community workforce facilitator, to effect positive change in our local economies is growing- and it is showing! On Tuesday, July 14th we had two representatives from DOL visit us as they completed their state level review. We engaged in many conversations around WIOA readiness, transition, initiatives, board development, and partner integration. The representatives from DOL were highly supportive of the work that we have done thus far and extremely excited about the future of workforce in our region.
