Unemployment Insurance has agreed to allow both completing an assessment and attending the Rethinking Job Search Workshops to count as a job seeker activities to support participation in the program. This will incentivize participation in the program and support job seekers.
Pilot Assessment
Thanks to funding from the State of Oregon, Incite is working with Unemployment Insurance to pilot two assessments we are considering using to determine stage of readiness to get a job in several areas across the state. This pilot will allow us to practice logistics, assess response rate, and determine which assessment works best for our communities.
