The Opportunity

This full-time position demands an individual who thrives in a dynamic, creative and collaborative team environment, remains calm under pressure, can meet deadlines, work independently and take direction when needed. The successful candidate must have 3 – 5 years’ community outreach experience.
The Position
The Community Outreach Coordinator supports Willamette Workforce Partnership’s projects and programs through promoting and connecting with the community we serve. This community includes, but is not limited to, participants, businesses, community-based organizations, chambers of commerce, media, business organizations and local governments. The Community Outreach Coordinator position is responsible for identifying and making community connections and following up on already existing connections to provide details on WWP’s projects and programs and promote workforce development. The ability to use social media to conduct outreach and promotion is required. This position reports to the Executive Director and is a non-supervisory.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $50,000 – $55,000 annually plus excellent benefits. This is a full time, exempt position.
